Red Cabbage Salad

This side dish is really good with anything!  I love to eat it with some sort of seafood because both are very light and go well together. But regardless, it goes well with everything.   Per usual, it’s very easy and full of flavors.  Try it out!

Ingredients

1/2 Red Cabbage
2 Carrot Sticks
1/2 Red Onion
Few leafs of Romaine Lettuce
Olive Olive
Lime
Lemon
Salt
Cilantro

Directions

Cut the red baggage length wise so the strips are long (cut them as thin as you can).   Or if you have a shredder, this would work great too! Peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler and peel the carrots into strips.  Dice the onion into little pieces and cut the romaine length wise as well.

Mix the cabbage, carrot, red onion and romaine together.  Spread olive oil and squeeze 1/2 lemon, a full lime, a pinch of salt and sprinkle some cilantro.

DONESKI!  Quick easy and nom!!
