I’ve been really busy running around so I needed something quick to hold me over til dinner. I made this Power Smoothie that was delic! I love my sweets so to me this is more of a treat than anything else! If you’re looking for a good morning snack, try this! I highly dislike protein powders but if you’re looking for a protein shake, vanilla or chocolate protein powder of your choice would work in this too!
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond/Coconut Milk
1/2 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (I love Trader Joes natural Peanut Butter)
1/2 Tablespoon Almond Cocoa Butter (A Trader Joes one of a kind! If you dont have this you can use raw cocoa powder)
Few blueberries
Directions
Place all ingredients except for the blueberries in a magic bullet or blender and blend.
I’m a blueberry addict so I added some blueberries at the top after pouring into the glass! Not a must, but if you love blueberries like I do, then try!
