I try not to drink these that often because I am highly addicted to them so when I do have them they are a big treat for me! I tend to really drink them on the weekends after my work out as my post work out snack in between breakfast and lunch! There’s really nothing not much to them. It’s amazing what little ingredients can taste like all blended together! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
1 tblspn almond butter
Place all ingredients into a blender (I use a magic bullet) and blend until well blended (about 30 secs). And enjoy! Super easy, filling and delic!!
*You can add vanilla protein powder to this if you wanted to make this into a protein shake!*
